For years, scientists have based robots on bugs they have just started to create a robot-bug hybrid. These cyborgs can be used many things from espionage to search and rescue missions. Although cyborgs have lots of drawbacks from real robots they do have their advantages. While a cyborg has a limited life span, they consume 100 times less power than a robot. They also are pretty much ready made platforms so its less building of small parts cause they are already there and they do not need over complicated coding either.
